Frequently Asked Questions

What information can be imported into therapyBOSS?
We can migrate patient records, referral sources, insurance payers, fee schedules, referring physicians and other (external) providers. We can also create invitations for your therapists. They’ll complete their profiles when they sign up.
How should existing data be supplied?
Your data must be in the so-called CSV for Excel format. Having different files containing different sets of information is helpful. Each file should have a single record per entity with all of the necessary attributes.
Is it always possible to import data into therapyBOSS?
If your data is in the format that can be interpreted and is clean, meaning separate record per entity, consistency in each record’s fields and no duplication, it should be possible to import it into therapyBOSS. Our team will work with you to assess your data and make a quick determination.
What’s the cost to import data into therapyBOSS?
The fee to import your data depends on the quality of the information provided. We’ll be able to quote the exact price when working with you. Estimate between $5 and $10 per patient record.
Is therapyBOSS able to work with our clearinghouse?
If you bill insurance, your claims are submitted and ERAs received via a clearinghouse. therapyBOSS already connects to Waystar, Availity and Office Ally. If you use a different clearinghouse and want to continue, we can integrate it. There is no charge, all we’d need is for you to facilitate our communication with your vendor’s support.
Will I be charged if I quit before the free trial ends?
No, you won’t incur service charges if patient visits are not created beyond the 30-day free trial. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any data import cost.
Will I be able to access my data in therapyBOSS if I quit?
Yes, you’ll be able to log in to your therapyBOSS account provided that it’s in good standing per Terms of Service.
